Submission of abstracts:
All abstract submissions are due by 23:59 on Thursday, January 5, 2025. After the deadline for abstract submission, any change related to abstracts cannot be made. Please make sure all submitted information is accurate before the deadline. Submission of an abstract does not fulfil registration to the Conference. Registration must also be completed by all presenters but can be completed after the acceptance of the abstract.
Evaluation of Submitted Abstracts
All submitters will receive the final status (accepted or rejected) by email no later than January 8, 2025. The final decision of the acceptance, type of presentation and schedule, will be done by the scientific committee, and it will be communicated to the authors via email immediately following the reviewing process. Accepted abstracts will be included in the abstract book available to all participants.

Guidelines for Presentations
Oral Presentation:
The presentations for all talks can be in either pdf or powerpoint format. For presentations that utilize animations, we recommend using powerpoint slides for smooth delivery of presentations at the conference.
No slides, videotapes, or laptops will be accepted.
Plenary Talks are limited to 50 minutes and Oral Talks are limited to 20 minutes, including questions and answers.
Short Oral Talks are limited to 3 minutes. These time frames will be strictly adhered to by the session chairmen.
The short oral talks are a new presentation format that has been successfully implemented in many international conferences. Those who are interested in presenting a short oral talk will also be required to present a poster that will be displayed at the poster session. Short oral talk presenters will receive an “oral presentation certificate” after the poster session.
Questions regarding the presentations, talks, posters or related concerns can be directed to:
