Terms and Conditions
Sponsorship fees will include the following: Sponsor logo(s) will be posted on the conference website, on the conference bag, and on all fliers. Company flags will be hoisted in the conference area. Company advertisements will be featured on the attendee conference bag. The advertisement should fit on an A-4 paper and be no longer than 2 pages. Each Stand (12 m2) has a power source, table, and chairs. Each stand fee is 2000 €.
