Visa to Turkiye

The Electronic Visa (e-Visa) allows visitors travelling to Türkiye to easily obtain their e-Visas online (www.evisa.gov.tr), in approximately three minutes.

It is possible to obtain an e-Visa 24/7 with an internet connection. Applicants can obtain their visa after filling in the necessary information concerning their identity, passport, and travel dates, then pay the e-Visa fee online.

How to get to Antalya and the conference venue

Antalya International Airport is an important destination and transfer point for many international flights from all over the world. Numerous international airways organize timetable and charter flights from various airports in Europe and the Middle East to Antalya airport. Turkish Airlines and Anadolujet have direct domestic flights or connected flights via Izmir, Ankara and Istanbul. The conference venue is located 33 kilometers away from Antalya Airport. The city center is 45 kilometers from the conference venue. Belek is 3 kilometers away. A free shuttle service will be available between the Antalya International Airport, bus terminal, and conference venue.

Invitation Letter request: Attendees requiring invitation letters will be issued a letter by the ACOC5 secretariat. The letter will be sent to the attendees email that was used to register for the conference. This letter will be sent solely to assist participants in obtaining permission from their institutions and can also be used to aid in their visa applications.
