Before submitting the conference registration, you must open an account through the website including your personal information that will only be used exclusively for the ACOC6 conference. To create an account, please click on the Register button below. Once you create an account, abstract submissions/revisions and payments will be simple.

By January 9, 2026: Notification of Acceptance of the Oral Talk Abstracts
After November 24, 2025, within 15 days: Notification of Acceptance of the Poster

The registration fee does not include the hotel accommodation.
A fee of 110 € will be collected by the hotel from participants who are not accommodated at the conference hotel. This fee, payable upon entry, grants access to the hotel premises between 09:00 and 18:00.
Cancellation Policy: Registration fees can be refunded before January 5, 2026.
