The Pine Beach Hotel is selected as the ACOC7 conference venue for providing an all-inclusive experience. The conference has reserved a block of rooms with very special rates which can be booked in advance. Therefore, we strongly suggest that you book the special ACOC Package, which includes full benefits. The rates of the rooms are as follows:
Package:
Single room: – € per night
Double room: – € for each person per night**
Triple room: – € for each person per night**
*All inclusive: Breakfast, lunch, dinner, soft-alcoholic drinks, and taxes
** Participants wishing to share a double room or a triple room with a colleague or friend need to make two separate bookings asking for a double room and each person noting the name of their roommate during the booking process. If you do not do this the system will generate the rooming list automatically and make room assignments according to gender and booking dates.
Alternatively, attendees may make their own reservations through the hotel’s website or online booking platforms. In that case, they should inform İrem Kulu at iremkulu@gtu.edu.tr.
